Who is Fake_lake?

Fake_lake is a web portal that raises awareness about the prevalence of fake news online. We regularly post fake news on the website that misleads people online and on social media. It is led by a five-member group that wants to prevent misleading the general public and allow people to learn more about the news circulating online before sharing it with others. The portal was created as part of the Hekaton competition, in March 2021. The IN-EDU competition is organized by the Prizma Foundation and the Erasmus program.
